Lackersteen Financial Services, trading as JBL Home Loans, originated in 2008.
The business was created to provide a service to our clients that includes not just the provision of a home loan, but educating the client to make the right decision for them now and for the future. Is the current loan and property purchase a stepping stone to a bigger house down the track, or are there plans for renovation? Or is an investment property on the cards once sufficient equity has been created in your home? We can help create your short and long term strategies and give you the tools required to prepare for the longer term.
We are also available for refinancing your home or investment property, to provide you with a better rate, or to access equity for renovations, or the deposit for another property purchase.
